Founded in 2019 in Algoz, Silves, Imotera was created to be a partner in its clients’ success, delivering construction and engineering services known for rigour and technical expertise.

Imotera supports youth sports.
Imotera supports Guia Futebol Clube, a club based in Guia, Albufeira, founded on 14 February 1982. This support strengthens the company’s connection to the Algarve and to the values of teamwork, discipline and growth for young athletes.

Imotera was founded by two colleagues, each with more than 15 years of experience in property construction and refurbishment.
Tiago Santos, Civil Engineer
Founding Partner
Tiago holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Beira Interior. He has 18 years of experience in building construction and property refurbishment, having overseen more than 30 completed projects as site manager across different types and scales of work.
