2. Purpose of the website

The website is institutional and informational, presenting Imotera’s activity, services, projects, contacts and career opportunities. The information provided does not constitute a contractual proposal, binding quotation or individual technical advice.

3. Permitted use

The user undertakes to use the website lawfully, responsibly and in good faith, refraining from any acts that may affect the security, integrity, availability or operation of the website, or infringe the rights of Imotera or third parties.

Imotera provides access to the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt. In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may use an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution entity, namely CIMAAL - Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo do Algarve where territorially competent, or consult further information at www.consumidor.gov.pt.
